That's the problem with America now. We've got to make the mediocre and unhealthy feel like champions too. Someone being 'fat shamed' could save their life. One shouldn't be mean about it and ridicule the overweight, but to act like we need to pretend they are living a healthy and satisfactory lifestyle when a ton of problems come with carrying around a ton of extra weight is insane.

You're not gaining anything by making fun of people. If you're fat you already need and want to lose weight. The majority of people don't want to be fat.

Most people don't want to be fat, but they're fat anyway.
Wanting to be in shape isn't like wanting to be a billionaire in that it's a totally achievable goal for 90% of people.
So when a fat person says, "I don't wanna be fat." I'm like "well... then don't be."
