these whales put more effort into complaining than they put into taking care of themselves and their health :scust:

Real shyt. It takes more effort to get to be 380lbs then it does to lose a little weight. Just 3 minutes (yes 3 minutes) of intense cardio a day (yes just 3 minutes) will guarantee that you will never be that obese ever.

The effort people will put in to be lazy astounds me.

Discrimination isn't cool. When I go to the gym and I see an overweight person there and I see others making fun of them, I get sick to my stomach. That person is there to make their life better and yet, there you are, ridiculing them for being the way they are, YET they are trying to get better. That's why when I am at the gym and I see a bigger person, I go up to them and give them confidence. Confidence is a wonderful thing and can help many, many people in the long run.

Stop fat shaming.
Stop shaming in general.

What gym you going to. In general, anyone who brings their "stuff" to the gym with them won't last too long. Everyone is their to get better and only the results matter. Anyone taking time to ridicule others doesn't understand the point and is bound to drown.

It's the great thing about the gym, and really why no one should feel intimidating by it. Probably one of the safest spaces an overweight person can ride out in.

Telling someone that the lifestyle that they are living is unhealthy and a detriment to society is NOT bullying and THAT is the problem here.

Why is it something they need to be told? nikkas are not children out here (and most folks aren't qualified to give advice to children either). Adults should not go around offering advice to other adults without being asked for it; and even then, should only respond if they have proven and knowledgable advice along with actionable steps.

Instead of walking around dispensing unwanted advice, work on succeeding in your own right.

The arrogance in such a shyt statement.

I've never seen a successful person walking around giving out unsolicited advice. Stop acting like "shaming" is for the common good and just admit it's another form of ridicule (which is fine, but admit it).

On one hand I absolutely detest the outrage culture in society today. Absolutely detest the perpetually offended. Everyone is super sensitive and looking for something to be offended over.

But I do happen to agree with this. I'm not sure what's going on in society right now but everyone feels they deserve respect. You don't, I don't, no one does, you have to earn it.

Everyone is confusing tolerance with respect. Yea, I have to tolerate you, but in no way do I need to respect or like you, what you're about, and the decisions you make. Men tend to be pretty good with this, children and women seem to have severe issues with the concept though.

However, I'm also uncomfortable with the increased lack of civility in modern political and social discourse. People really don't know how to communicate and debate one another in a respectful manner any more.

I always laugh at this. As if there is a time when political and social discourse was civil. Don't confuse usage of the King's English and extended soliloquies with respectful discourse.

Pretty big difference imho between tough love and bullying someone. You can tell when people truly want to help someone, we got housings of YouTube channels of people actually step by step showing how to eat better and live longer.

This is just a case of some white privileged chick looking for real life daps and getting thrown in the bushes real quick. A lot of folks know fat mufukkas are an easy target and looking for some props for a joke that requires no effort.

Fat shaming a waste of time, and the taking tax dollars excuse never made much sense to me since fat mufukkas are paying those same taxes.

Then again this always seems to get centered around women, and a bit more with white women. Fat black guys rarely got through this cause they still pull hoes if they clean up.

Truth. In general, if people took the time they spent complaining and used it to improve, they would have nothing to complain about. Most humans do it though, fat people just happen to wear it on their body.

False. If you're pounding down 7000k calories of fast-food everyday, you're going to be obese (unless you're taking T3 or you're an elite athlete).

I see you're in shape and that's great. But you're just talking shyt now.

Well yeah.... if you're eating 7k calories a day you're going to need more exercise. But you could look amazing at 7k a day. shyt, the rock eats almost 7k a day.

But i'm saying 3 mins of cardio cuz I doubt these people are eating 7k a day. I think it's more a total lack of physical movement.

I only do 5-10 mins of cardio a day. You can burn a lot doing 5 minutes of straight windsprints with 10 second of rest

Funny thing is... weight loss is a multi-billion dollar market when all you really need to do is eat less bad things, eat more good things, and workout more.
The reason why its such a huge market, is because people want the same results with less work... or in some cases, with 0 work.

Basically, people are targeting emotions and insecurities.

It's all about diet.

This mildy attractive comedian thought she could go after an easy target for lawls but YT (or her) deleted the video, she complained, got everyone's attention in hopes for more viewers. But this Beluga whale, who got a TLC show for being a fat dancer that went viral , dusted the Cheetos of her laptop and responded. Everyone has the whale's back because they're fat too and the skinny comedian is now eating it.

Meh :coffee:.

What about the individuals who took up the advise and actually made steps towards loosing weight? The weight loss industry is worth 61 billion the demand is there, people want to loose weight. For every person who says they are comfortable being fat I'd wager there are many more who seek ways to change that.

Weight loss is mainly a willpower thing. When the willpower is stronger than the laziness, then they'll move towards losing weight. But if their laziness is stronger than the willpower, they'll stay in the same place until the willpower becomes stronger or they eventually die. For weight loss, you need to go research nutrition and make a complete overhaul of your life. And seeing as how many overweight people are lazy (otherwise they wouldn't be overweight), it's going to be a bit difficult for most.

The resources are there. It's just a matter of when people get to a place where they can go "Alright, I think it's time for a change" and follow through with it. I don't believe we should be roasting motherfukkers for their weight (because it's disingenuous, you KNOW you don't give a fukk. :rudy:), but I don't think people should champion unhealthiness in lifestyle either.
