I refuse to pay for YouTube premium. Had Adblock on my iPhone for like 4 years and haven’t seen an ad on mobile YouTube since.

Don’t remember the last time I seen ads on YouTube
I only see them on apple tv. I got them blocked on my MPB with adblock and blocked on my phone and ipad with a vpn.
yes the ads are hella annoying tho cuz I watch most of my youtube on my apple tv.

I use adblock luna VPN on my phone and it blocks ALL youtube ads in the actual youtube app. fukking awesome.

2. You're in the minority. Which is why Youtube has ramped up those ads.
It's not that they have ads, it's the fact that a lot of the time you can't even skip them after a few seconds. Or they will hit you with back to back ads. Eventually they will get like Tubi TV and make you sit through 3 2 minute ads at a time.
And it get content creators get a piece as well, but some have resorted to going to other platforms because Youtube has become more restrictive.
