I still consider II the weakest entry in the series. That love story Even the first one had podracing, Darth Maul, and actual scenes shot on location. While I'm not the biggest fan of the prequels, III is definitely better than the first two.

psycho, planet of the apes and empire are the big 3 classic movie twists imo.

these are cliche now but based on everything i've heard, read etc....nobody saw these coming back then

ESB... plow twist was epic .. the cast didn't even know .. they found out at the premier... and the director told mark right before they shot the scene so he can react properly
