My tears gone cold , I'm wonderin' why
Got out of bed at all
The morning rain clouds at my window and I can't see at all
And even if I could , it would all be grey
But your picture on my wall
It reminds me that it's not so bad, it's not so bad.

I was 11 and had my mom take me to buy it after school... Got home and was like :ooh: when I first heard "Kill You" and had that on repeat for a while. Thought the Album was classic back then, and while I dont listen to it much now its probably still a classic at least for Impact

I was twelve when it dropped so of course I was shocked and amazed at the album. At that age you don't appreciate the effort put into lyrics, flow cadence or produciton, you just like what sounds good to you. With that being said, this is one of my favorite albums of all time, my favorite eminem album (His last album I copped was TES). The thing is I've grown to appreciate this album even more as time has passed by, so I consider it a classic. Favorite songs are kill you, the way I am, remember me, I'm back, Under the influence, and Criminal....

''Geez, you GUYS are so-sensitive
"Slim it's a touchy subject, TRY and just don't-mention-it"
MIND with no-sense-in-it, FRIED to get so-frenetic
whose EYES get so-squinted, I'm BLIND from smokin-'em
with MY windows-tinted, with NINE limos-rented
Doin LINES of coke-in-'em, with a bunch of GUYS hoppin out
all HIGH and indo-scented (inhales, exhales)
And that's where I get my name from, that's why they call me...''

- I'm Back

And people got the fukking nerve to say eminem ain't influenced the game... Remember this was before the textcee era, where if rappers rhymed three syllabels together they were being called fukkin nice... This man had been doing this type of shyt since 96. And even tho it's not cool to admit it, most of this new generations and last generations lyrical craftsmen were directly influenced by eminem.

Seems like i'm the opposite of every other poster here, I missed the whole eminem phenomenon(i was there, i just wasn't interested) and didn't like mmlp till i was an adult.
