Right now about 51 if I'm really motivated..

Max Push ups straight 107 during pledge season... I caught a muscle spasm in my chest :to:

I got the Iron Gym at the crib in my room. I can hit like 17 of the tight grip. the others I rarely even try.

For those doin 20+ pullups how much y'all weigh?

5"10 155 right now(marathon training)

In between races 160-163lbs. I don't really lift a lot of weights though. I'm working my way up to 225LBS on the bench. It's just so hard between the amount of running I do to actually get a good bench day.

My form is impeccable. I get graded on pull-ups all the time. All the meat heads in my profession see me roll up and drop the hammer. A bunch of :wow:

QFT. Pull UPS are way harder then push ups... Yall can't be going all the way down until arms are str8. how in the fukk yall soon 25 pull ups and only 45 push ups

:wow: 5'7'' 140lbs. nikkas got it easy. No way everyone doing all of these with good form overhand.

hold up, are we talking wide grip or slightly outside of shoulder grip? if we're talking wide grip then i can do only 5.
I guess technically I was talking about chinups (having your wrists turned inside and even with your shoulders).

Wide grip pullups with your arms facing outside I can do 8-10 right now if I push it.

I think people are getting mixed up between pullups and chinups. Chinups are easier and the numbers would be higher.

One of my co-workers is a defensive end from Utah. My first week on the job I challenge him to a pull-up contest. It was hilarious because everyone was riding with this 6"4 260 monster who was agile and strong. Well I dusted him. All 160 pounds of me.

I also beat him in a 100 meter race handily. He didn't even want to go to an actual distance event. :youngsabo:

I understand your skepticism. This is the internet. Like I said. Me personally I can't bench for sh**. I'm working on it, but body weight exercises I've mastered because I've doing them for so long. All I do is pull-ups. Chinups are for sissy's. :scusthov:
