Okay. Apple is one of many companies doing this. We are in the tech age, everything we do/own has something in it to track us. Only way to avoid it is living off the grid
Plenty of ways to avoid it
-A secure OS(ArchLinux, a million fedora/debian based distros)
-Pre-paid cellular devices
-VPNs/VPN routers
-Piracy rather than signing up for streaming services
The issue is all those ways sacrifice being user-friendly, intuitive, stylish, and functionality with various programs/games without jumping through hoops. At the end of the day, it's easier to just say fukk doing all that, especially when you're not doing anything illegal/just pirating.
I get a little worried if i'm pirating expensive software from companies that have a history of coming after people for pirating but even then I don't do all that, so I imagine for the average person it's like really fukk it.
