my current live in girlfriend has a condo downtown on rent while she's living in my house which will always be my house. if we get married we'll buy another house together, but she'll always have her condo earning her money and i'll always have my current house. people say we're planning for failure but that's exactly what i'm doing. who is to say a marriage will last 20 years or something. if it turns out to be a forever marriage then we just have more real estate.

this is absolutely the way a relationship should be planned out, make decisions and protect separate assets while yall are happy. my real estate is mine, his is his...if we make it to 70 together, we gonna be championship, if we break up tomorrow, we both have a place to live.
