I'm not in a gang and never was, but I understand on a real personal level how it works. You can clown this dude, and there's some laughter to be had, but that real gang street life, the way these guys are playing is so so treacherous. It's like a monotonous blur of drugs, violence, women, clubs, guns, money, and that's on the good days.
The rest is just prison, and jail, and stress, and the kinds of stressful phone calls that leave you just near catonic. But, it all becomes routine. Every day someone wants to kill you, maybe they will jack your house, or shoot at your lil brother, maybe ambush you at 2:30 AM leaving a bar,
and here's what people don't get, the INTERNAL politics. Whose closer to Thugga. Who fell out with Thugga. Who is the favored ones, and who fell out of favor, who gets the invite on the private plane, and who gets the rented car and loaded gun to go shoot at someone. Then, when these dudes are on crazy drug binges, and get paranoid, petty, bitter, and start rumors, start infighting. Who fukked who. Who didn't tag someone on an IG club post. Whose hating. It's wild. Thinking you are snitching and switching sides. And then kill you.
So that DA I is manipulative, it's her job there, but she's also telling him to give it up, before it kills you, and she's right. She's like come over with us, and play by a different set of rules.
