They're saying that he's a member of the gang, he's not. Not only is he a crip/crip affiliated, he joined YSL the actual label as a rapper.
I just don't see how it came be so easy to claim that everyone on a label is part of a gang. YSL is an imprint under Warner Music Group, does that make WMG owner and backer of a criminal gang? Should they be in the Rico too?
Gotti and them beat the case with real affiliation with Supreme, Drama and Cannon beat their Rico, and on.
It might just be that these people are arresting everyone to get people to snitch. Might not actually have something on them.

And he was affiliated with YSL before he rapped. He is in Thug videos from 2015.
Yeah Warner Music Group is the backer of a criminal gang and finances it’s legal recording division. Labels should arguably be held liable for the content they promote but it will never happen due to the constitution. All in all yeah they should be held accountable in some way although they have nothing to get them on a RICO.

He released his first project in 2013, he was introduced to Thug as an up and coming rapper by a mutual OG. Just because you were signed to a dude like Henchman before you blew up doesn’t mean that you were an international drug dealer. Similarly, Thug is a rapper, label owner and gang member
