I watched it a few times myself and Westbrook did nothing unforgivable on the play ... it's just a well designed play executed perfectly. The timing
... the way the ball-handler sharply went right the same time as Parker did his hesitation on the cut ...Westbrook naturally flashed to the ball-handler's side thinking Parker went back, as Russ had to, cuz you don't wanna be late on the last shot of the game. ... and Russ only looked at the ball-handler for a split-second... unlucky for OKC it happened to be the exact same split second of the ball-handler's move right and Parker's hesitation....
