I don't think it is, but being that I've not been to LA in years and I don't know ppl out there like that I can't say for sure. I know the gang injunctions have made it so that people can't congregate in certain known gang zones or they will be immediately arrested and charged w/ associating w/ gang members.

LA still has the rep and Bloods and Crips are in nearly every state, same w/ Surenos so they get a nod for that.

NYC is safe as fukk these days...they have something like 220 murders this year...Chicago has double that, and Detroit has at least 300.

Basically if nikkas wanna talk all that ignant gangster bang bang shyt then where the bodies at? In 2011 ATL had 87 murders, the year before, 93. GDs alone have dropped over 100 people this year in Chicago and that's one gang (see article below). It's nothing to brag about but #'s don't lie except 5-0.
