Man I miss the 90's. Back when rumor got out that Tommy Hilfiger ain't want black folk wearing his shyt, Tommy was damn near boycott and permanently fell out of relevance in Hip Hop overnight.Then urban fashion came and crushed shyt. It was a slow start, but Fubu made $350 million in 98'.
If only a black owned brand made by nikkas from the hood could come up like that today. LL trolled cac ass Gap by wearing a Fubu hat in their commercial and they didn't even know until after they aired that bytch on national TV.
Most of the high end shyt nikkas be wearing looks bammerish as fukk.And a lot of it gets bootlegged so you always end up wondering if it's fake or not.

They are luxury brands and dudes want to give off the appearance they live a luxury life style. It has zero to do with them being European. When brands like Sean John,fubu,rica wear was hot dudes would spend a whole lot of money on them

I was being rhetorical and it didnt need to be explained man. Obviously I know why they do it but they never think long term and just want to be in the moment. Everybody a hustler and making money when in reality these nikkas are just pawns and get upset when they get treated as such.
