I don’t focus on Black men with kids( although I have tolerated one or two in the past, no drama) or felonies, so they don’t come up in my regular course of conversation. I’ll be frank, I know more women who forgive or support felonious cats (usually those in their families) than chide them but that’s a separate convo.

That being said that guy is a first generation college graduate so his mindset is different (A lot of my brothers are like him).

I assume it was expected that you was going to attend college no exception but statistically speaking he was a 40 percent shot to graduate undergraduate (60 percent of first generation college graduates dropout within 6 years) and almost unheard of him to go to law school (Let Alone graduate) so I see why he has that mentality

Don't get me wrong breh, i'm not my parents. I dont take college for granted like they do.
I wanna say this with emphasis to make sure its understood. Graduating College is an accomplishment, period. I dont care what your grades were, you accomplished something that cannot be taken away.
