Did anyone mention amazo from the justice league cartoon. He was the android that could absorb powers just by looking at you. When he came back he wiped out the entire justice league and the green lantern crew with ease. Pretty sure he'd body hulk pretty easily

Alright, second best would be The Spectre. He'd erase Hulk from existence in 1 nanosecond.

Wally West could destroy the Hulk on his own as well. One way is to perceive time as so slow that the Hulk running at him at full speed will look like the Hulk standing completely still. Wally walks up to Hulk phases his hand inside his head excite his brain matter molecules and explode his brain.

Wally could also team up with Ant-Man and Reed Richards to take out the Hulk. First would be the same way as above except Henry would first shrink the Hulk to the size of an ant, and then Wally phases his hand through the Hulk's body and explode him. Or Henry shrinks the Hulk to the size of a pencil, then Reed gives Wally directions to the nearest black hole and Wally runs to it and tosses the Hulk in.

Hulk weaknesses are he's slow (for a superhero), he cant defend or send energy projectiles, and he has a weak mind. I think the fact he gets stronger when he's angry means you got to get the drop on him, so i would leave that to Batman to devise the plan. I would use any psychic to hypnotize him into a false sense of calm. Then have Silver Surfer fling him into space in a direct path into a black hole.
