a Behexen fan on thecoli, I never really fukked with them because of that split they did with Satanic Warmaster(a NSBM band) but its not like I can really talk since I like Judas Iscariot(dropped an album on a NSBM label), and I kind of have a weak spot for War and Dunkelheit by Burzum even though I try my damnest not to listen to it. But still

Really dope documentary on some on man BM bands, Leviathan/Lurker is probably my favorite black metal project, Xasthur is dope as fukk, I dont really like Striborg but they have one project thats really cool Southern Passages or something like that

i am not up, but from this first shyt i found on this akuma record.
this is the type of shyt i play nonstop.
i will be up for debate with you after i listen, but from this first record.
this shyt is like some tool, astra type shyt that is my favorite type of rock, to listen to all time.

are there any more bands who make shyt like this.
i need more bands who make tool and astra, so-called advante gard type shyt.

i have not got to them singing, yet..
now, i have.
they can do the hard shyt, but can they do melody like tool[maynard], deftones [chino], or astra....?
so far, i am only hearing some background melodies that are not close.

i am going to get their discography, cause their shyt is right in the sweetspot of what i listen to sonically, so far.
hopefully, they can bring it on the melodic side, too.

shawty red is the only person who makes original non-biter atmospheric shyt like this in rap.
not to mention, fukk'n all the trap rap.
made after the second jeezy is a lift off of hypmotize's atmospheric sound.
if it is not made by juicy or dj paul.
mike will is nuffin but what if i take key elements of hypmotize and change the vst's and arppeg's.

so, real talk....
you probably need to get educated on this type of metal.
the only reason i knew shawty red was going to change the sonic landscape in rap, on trap or die.
then, solidly on hypmotize.
was, all because i was tool fan and finally got some shyt that was dope on some atmospheric shyt like that.

Akuma no uta- harder shyt, stoner metal
Rainbow- more melodic
Flood- isis on crack, probably best atmospheric metal record
feedbacker- more drone
Heavy rocks- balls to the walls haed rock
New album- softest record , pretty much dr eam pop or shoegaze , was actually one od three albums thwy dropped that year, I made a mix of em all f you need that
Smile live- far and away their best shyt. Has power, stoner, drone, atmospheric metal all on here. Amazing ahit.

Really great album, I dont know what to call honestly, it has clean vocals and dirty vocals, its really atmospheric and has elements of just about every aspect of metal and some influences from other genres. There's pianos, saxophones, all kinds of shyt that isnt normally in metal.

Recommend it for any fan of music really

The Deafheaven album has been growing on me honestly, when I first heard it I didnt know what to think because it sounded all happy and shyt instead of dark and brooding, which is how I prefer my black metal, but I decided to download it one day, and I'm not completely sold on it but cant lie the shyt has been growing on me breh
