Hey, that whole work wife/husband thing is true. And as far a getting fat. I work at a clinic and my co-workers eat soooo much! Like, I've never been around so many foodies in my life. Patients bring food and they eat it. Reps bring food ( always store bought) and they damn near fight over it. Don't get me wrong, i'll indulge in a gourmet cupcake or cookie but dang. For one its a kinda gross setting. Go in a room and remove a cyst and they go grab a muffin (gag).

What a dumb thread. My wife worked in an office setting (aerospace engineer) for six years, four of those before we got married. 3/4 of the dudes there were decades older than her, she never messed around with anyone there or even thought about it. Unless you keep your girl under a rock, she's going to be interacting with men - if you think she's so loose that she's going to be tempted at an office, then don't wife her.

And my wife biked 5 miles each way to work and packed her own ultra-healthy lunch every day. She was fit and probably about 125 lbs when she started working there at 22 and was incredibly fit and 117 lbs when she quit at 28.


edit: true story though, one day at work these three dudes came through the door, and as they walked towards her cubicle they dramatically took off their jackets at the same time to reveal FBI badges underneath. Went right to the cubicle across from her and arrested the dude on the spot. Turned out that he had some sort of child porn thing running on the regular from his work computer. She said the guy had always given her the creeps.

Her character is clear, and if you suggested to any of her friends in any of her circles that she had messed around before marriage, or done anything whatsoever with anyone but me afterwards, they would laugh you right out of the building.

But then again, I know my wife, and you don't. What you have to say about her says a lot your about you and your woman than it does about mine.
