You can disagree all you like, but poor blacks having kids is as much pro-black as it was pro-white for poor whites (who in fact were poorer than black Americans are today). And if breeding is pro-black, then it's pro-black. End of story. Some of the advantages of a large population are as follows:

1) More political strength. A high population means more potential soldiers and a more powerful military. Politicians can use this fact to project power and negotiate disputes.

2) A stronger and better economy. A high population creates a larger market of goods and services, which increases the size of an economy. India and China have two of the largest economies in the world namely because of how large their populations are.

3) More gifted people. Even though India's average IQ is lower than America's, there are far more geniuses born everyday to Indians than Americas as a function of how large the Indian population is. India's entire political elite could be filled with geniuses just based on how many there are. America has no such advantage.

4) More development. The number of businessmen, doctors, scientists, etc which live in a country like India could fill cities several times over. This can create smart zones like Black Wall Street and speed up development/trade/everything.

There's nothing detrimental about having more black people. More cac people = the control of the world. Telling black people to have fewer kids and fewer blacks is exactly what white supremacists want and exactly what people like Margaret Sanger tried to do.
