Not for me. If I want to go to NYC, I can, do what I do there and come right back to my own bathroom and a full kitchen (among other things).

A lot of ppl just love being in the thick of things and are willing to go without to do it.

I grew up in a small row house, I made a vow once I moved out to never live compacted/small again. I NEED space or I'm going to lose my shyt lol. I've seen some tiny houses that are adorable but they'd have to be in my backyard and be used for weekend retreats or something. I can't

That apartment is in Greenwich Village, a prime NYC neighborhood in Manhattan.

I'd be more worried if that apartment was in Brownsville or the hood parts of the The Bronx for that price. ANY apartment in Greenwich Village under 2K is a steal IMO.

This that "naive outta towner trust fund baby with daddy's disposable income" mentality :skip:

Real day 1 NYC heads who've been there prior to 1998 may have no choice but to love with and accept these BS 21st century rent prices, but WE DON'T sugarcoat or justify this nonsense.

SAN ANTONIO SPURS NY DIVISION
These comments are always weird to me, plenty of places have a nightlife and amenities. We overrate what type of amenities we want or need. If you have to scrape by just to live there or other highly expensive/desirable areas it isn't for you, and the area more than like isn't offering you a salary that you can't attain anywhere else with better living conditionths. This isn't a steal either because the rent is probably in line with the cost per square foot for the area.

The New York brand still ring bells throughout the world...

That's all it really is

Breh, do you realize there's ppl paying 5K a month rent in Manhattan right now?

The village is full of nightlife and culture in a world class city, I stand by what I said.

I personally wouldn't want to live in that particular apartment, I live in Canarsie Brooklyn and I love it, I don't mind hopping on the subway to go hang out in the city.
Same, just hop on the L, not trying to live in cachattan

I think if your renting that it's temporary and your only living there to get ahead in life. No one is settling down and starting a family there

Threads ridiculous. No one wants to live in some shyt ass state that's why it's so cheap. Talking about the night life in Ohio is just as good :mjlol:
