Breh, do you realize there's ppl paying 5K a month rent in Manhattan right now?Call paying 25 dollars less then $2000 a month for a 150 sq ft closet with no bathroom a steal
I thought New Jersey had the highest property taxes in the USA? In Ohio that rent price could get you a 5 bedroom 3 bath home with a deck/patio and garage
My gawd! Is New Jersey really that damn bad? There is NO WAY. The space alone then the shared bathroom solidified the HELL NO for me

The village is full of nightlife and culture in a world class city, I stand by what I said.
I personally wouldn't want to live in that particular apartment, I live in Canarsie Brooklyn and I love it, I don't mind hopping on the subway to go hang out in the city.

Communal bathroom though, that takes the steal right out of it, especially with inflation as high as it is, none of that shyt has any real value anymore it’s just a random assortments of numbers higher than the previousThat apartment is in Greenwich Village, a prime NYC neighborhood in Manhattan.
I'd be more worried if that apartment was in Brownsville or the hood parts of the The Bronx for that price. ANY apartment in Greenwich Village under 2K is a steal IMO.

Aren't many white transplants in NYC living with roommates? I never had roommates but I assume you gotta share the bathroom with your roommates...? That's probably the crowd that would take this type of apartmentCommunal bathroom though, that takes the steal right out of it, especially with inflation as high as it is, none of that shyt has any real value anymore it’s just a random assortments of numbers higher than the previous
Who cares where tf that is. It’s $2000 and you don’t get a stove or even a private bath. It’s legitimately a closet. You could only fit a twin bed and a chair. That’s it, lol. Anybody who pays for that is stupid as hell. People shouldn’t even be able to advertise that as an apartment for rent. That apartment is in Greenwich Village, a prime NYC neighborhood in Manhattan.
