The village is full of nightlife and culture in a world class city, I stand by what I said.
I personally wouldn't want to live in that particular apartment, I live in Canarsie Brooklyn and I love it, I don't mind hopping on the subway to go hang out in the city.
I thought New Jersey had the highest property taxes in the USA? In Ohio that rent price could get you a 5 bedroom 3 bath home with a deck/patio and garage
My gawd! Is New Jersey really that damn bad? There is NO WAY. The space alone then the shared bathroom solidified the HELL NO for me
I understand that and Manhattan is a special place an all that but there is no way in hell to justify that amount of rent for a storage closet I don't care how much culture and nightlife there is.
But like you said there's suckas out there paying double so all power to the landlord I suppose just couldn't be me
Also Brooklyn is dope just thought I'd throw that in there I only visit BK and the City when swing thru...made the mistake of going thru the BX once and.....

Aren't many white transplants in NYC living with roommates? I never had roommates but I assume you gotta share the bathroom with your roommates...? That's probably the crowd that would take this type of apartment
Who cares where tf that is. It’s $2000 and you don’t get a stove or even a private bath. It’s legitimately a closet. You could only fit a twin bed and a chair. That’s it, lol. Anybody who pays for that is stupid as hell. People shouldn’t even be able to advertise that as an apartment for rent.

Looks like they took an actual apartment and chopped it into 4-5 smaller overpriced other apartments.....like who is even wanting to rent that?
