"When I got caught in the 11th it (his eye) wouldn't come back into line. It actually stayed there and it was coming on strong and I knew that I couldn't see and I knew he is a very sharp shooter - a very good fighter, Errol Spence Jr, and I knew that it could be fatal with some of the shots he was chucking.
ERROL SPENCE JR IS THE NEW FACE OF BOXING
Porter also smothers his own work on the inside in a way that Spence doesn't tho, Spence is much better at working his way inside and then chopping you up.I think he can handle him on the inside. He more than held his own with Porter there & Porter's probably the most physical & strongest of the WW's. I look forward to this fight

@Newzz
Spence came through with the goods. It was competitive until Brooks head stopped moving from the 7th onwards
I think brook is done at the elite level. He cant protect both eyes against upper tier fighters now. Even a Khan fight is dangerous now Khan would pepper the shyt out of his eye sockets.
Khan would still lose ..lol.My UK breh
We are in agreement that Khan finishes Brook off for good.
I already thought Khan would beat him, but with 2 bad eyes vs the speed/accuracy of an Amir Khan, he probably gets his career ended.
Khan would still lose ..lol.
This makes perfect sense to me.
If Broner had Spence's talent or Spence had Broner's personality we'd literally have a fighter who'd put boxing into the mainstream or have the type of fights that people have fight parties for at clubs, restaurants, bars, etc.
It's the total package. I have friends who don't give a shyt about boxing but will watch Broner because of the excitement he brings from outside of the ring.
Ali had it, Tyson had it, Floyd did, Broner has it but doesn't the talent. For casual boxing fans that shyt matters.
