nikkas don't understand what posters in here saying about being able to fully control the mode to make it as sim as possible. EA removed certain features in Connected Careers that were in Franchise mode and it affects those who aren't in the casual/default playing crowd.
NO SPORTS GAME OUT THE BOX IS 100% SIMULATION (REALISTIC)
For years ppl have been editing players/teams to get the game to play 100% like real life. Whether it's editing a running backs speed to perfectly emulate his speed in real life or a roster change that never happened in an update. You cant even change a players jersey # anymore in CC mode and I saw discussions about teams have multiple players with the same number, that shyt is wack. If these things arent possible as well as many other things ppl have been doing for years to get the most realistic madden possible, then that shyt is trash. Period.
If you enjoy playing the DEFAULT game out of the box 24/7, by all means enjoy, but don't tell nikkas that know what they are talking about when it comes to trying to replicate real life football that everything is all good, it's not.
Check out these links to see what ppl are already trying to do with the game to get it as sim as possible:

it's a shame they are limited to what they can do unlike previous Madden games, regardless of how good or bad they were.
I'm built from the same cloth as the majority of nikkas on this site when it comes to sports games. I never ever ever ever play with default anything (settings/rosters), because it NEVER plays like real life basketball or football. Another reason I don't play more than 10 games or so of any sports games online, your stuck with default shyt. So if EA removed features that allowed the user to tweak the game to get the most realistic football experience, that's a fail in eyes as well as many others.
