That's how comic books are for the most part. The current Spider Man is some black teenage dude. That's why I think the format is better suited for TV but i digress

Oh and they're GOING to be coming out with another Fantastic Four. The F4 are kinda important in the MCU

Its probably due to the type of film they used + optimizing for HD, because I don't think this is CG at all. If anything just the background is CG, overlaying a simple greenscreen. But the guy and the suit is real. At least that's how it looks to me

I would be surprised if they mixed a practical effects in a shot like that but I guess it's possible.
