Didn't think it'd get reviews like this but I'm sure it'll still make a good chunk of change. They've already announced a sequel.

Maybe the negative reviews have more to do with Zack Snyder being a no-talent hack than anything wrong with the character of Superman.

His review sounds so stupid , no way is it worse than superman stalks
no way . Niccas just don't like the core values of the character ... And that guys review saying ignore all the good reviews it sucks and isn't like avengers or cabin in the woods 
I'm not a conspiracy nut but he sounds very marvel fan boyish and he think suckerpunch is a good movie . His review pass should be denied . It's your opinion and I won't knock it but you clearly don't know anything about superman breh . He's a very interesting character it's all how's he written
The same thing happened with the dark knight returns . People wanted to focus on every little thing instead of enjoying the movie ( how'd he get back to Gotham , how'd his back get healed etc )

This is true.
Critics were going ham on Arrested Development, and most of their criticisms weren't even factually correct. They just wanted to hurry up and get the reviews out to get more page views.
