New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady may have five Super Bowl rings and a model wife, but he doesn't have the distinction of being the NFL's most attractive quarterback, according to at least one new survey.
That title went to Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco, according to online retailer Fanatics.
The outlet showed the headshots of all active NFL players to about 400 people described as "impartial assessors" and had them rank each player from 1 to 10.
After averaging those numbers, Flacco came out on top, followed by a three-way tie between Chicago Bears QB Matt Barkley, Detroit Lions fullback Michael Burton and Charger offensive linebacker Kyle Emanuel.
Brady came in with a five-way tie for seventh place that included fellow Patriot Julian Edelman. He wasn't even ranked the most attractive player on his own team. Danny Amendola took that title, coming in at third.
The top ten rankings have relatively few black players. About two-thirds of all NFL players are African American.
By team, the Tennessee Titans came out with the highest average rating. The San Francisco 49ers, Washington Redskins, Denver Broncos and New England Patriots rounded out the top five team rankings, in that order.
From a position perspective, the survey found that quarterbacks are the most attractive players.
