:dead: @The Nigerian you still got this audio :mjpls:
I'll find it somewhere. I remember that dude's girl came up to complain the next morning. I answered the door buck naked. Her jaw dropped and she promptly walked back to her unit. They moved out like... a month later. I lived there for two years.

The best part was that I only paid 50% of what they were asking for rent. My roommate at the time and I tricked them into letting us stay there under the condition that they lock the other two bedrooms while we looked for some guys to fill them. Of course we ended up using the rooms as storage. Great times. By the end of the lease they realized what we'd done and the land lord was heated. I hit em with the :yeshrug:, got my deposit and kept it moving.

I think I'm going to do some yoga now.

That Black building to the left and its twin, farther to the left, off camera were designed by Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe.... Famous German/American Architect. There is a street named after him near your building... One of my good friends used to live in a building designed by him off of Fullerton and Lakeview...

His buildings are some of the coolest designs in Chicago, which is hard to accomplish...

Apparently they're like the beta test versions of the WTC towers. If you're in the neighborhood we should do lunch.

lol, I would definitely be up to meet the infamous Nigerian, but I'm actually residing in San Francisco now... I moved out of Chicago last year. Your neighborhood is really recognizable though... I miss that city.

Mies' architecture is everywhere in that city, and all over the world. The federal building in the loop and his residential buildings off of lakeshore are the easiest to spot. He also designed the MLK memorial Library in D.C. in 69' so you know he was a good dude:obama:

Your location is :blessed:

But yeah, how's San Francisco? Is it really the utopia everyone says it is? I was thinking about moving out there but then this whole MOLLYWATR thing came up and it just made more sense to stay.

Socially, it is about as good as you can get... Filled with a lot of intelligent progressive people... Cultured town with great restaurants & great weed. It is the perfect mix of working class and sophisticated yuppie. Woman are pretty average looking for a big city, but I find that they are a little bit smarter here than other places...

However, it has the same problems every big city has. Expensive as fukk, very crowded, parking is hard to find(only reason I won't buy a car), taxes, horrible traffic, Rent is :whew:...

I'm thinking about relocating to Seattle Washington in a couple year, just because of expenses alone and I miss driving... But i'll take my time with that decision...
