Does your garage face the alley? I know other cities have garages that face the alley, but it seems like Chicago has A LOT of them.

I'm 100% for real. So last night I ran a quick errand and my neighborhood is very quiet as we have lots of city workers and cops in the area. That said, I was returning home and I opened my garage in the alley. As soon as I pulled in two nikkas with hoodies covering they face ran up on me while I'm in the whip pointing a gun at me. I had my 9mm right next to me and as soon as I reached for it, they started shooting. I couldn't even get a shot off, but they hit me twice in my ankle breaking my left ankle. And twice in my left arm breaking my arm. When I pulled the gun they were kinda running and shooting and ran off. I'm sure this was an attempted carjacking. So I tried to get out my whip to close the garage door and call 911, I immediately fall on the ground. I couldn't walk cuz my ankle and it hurt like hell. So I laid on the ground in my garage and called 911 while holding my pistol in my right hand just in case they came back. Not gonna lie, I was hurting bad. But the ambulance and the police came and now I'm in the hospital. In telling y'all.....2020 shyt is real. But at least I'm alive to tell the tale. Make sure y'all tell your loved ones u live then cuz life can be taken in the blink of an eye.

Glad you alive and survived to tell the story. Crazy that something like that happened to you. Hoping you make a speedy recovery and they catch who did it.

Godspeed. Glad you're safe. When I got shot I didn't feel a thing. Had be divine intervention because if I felt getting shot in the head the neck I probably couldn't have ran and saved my life.

When drill first started blowin' up and zack would interview chicago rappers in the alley, it seemed like every garage was like that. I was like

Here in Decatur, there is a credit union in a not so good area and the drive up atm was right in front of the alley. I guess somebody got robbed or complained because they changed it.
