Key Takeaways. Racketeering is the act of acquiring a business through illegal activity, operating a business with illegally-derived income, or using a business to commit illegal acts.
There has to be a pattern of racketeering, not just a one off act. Feds would have to couple another racketeering act with Dolph’s murder to bring RICO charges.

I honestly don’t think CMG is involved in any illegal shady business but who knows.

The thing is because of social media plus youtube plus Tekashi and YSL, all people know is RICO, but there's other federal offenses that could apply to any of these situations, but there's probably a reason why it hasn't happened. The reasons is most likely they don't have anything on them.

Federal murder for hire, federal conspiracy to commit murder,
and murder in aid of a drug trafficking offense is a crime, (that's what the JMJ one is, pretty sure)

RICO is in some ways death by a thousand cuts, esp. when used on street gangs, like YSL. Like the YSL is a lot of light weight charges, weed in a car, gun in a car, stealing a car, shooting someone 10 years ago-- They tie in all these offenses that by themselves are harder to prosecute, or harder to get that much time for. And as a way to link higher level shotcallers to street level violence, which they insulate themselves from.

I think it's rabid speculation that Yo Gotti and CMG get charged with anything. He hasn't been linked to drugs in like 20 years. He hasn't been directly linked to violence in like 14 years, since that club shooting.

Once conflict exists, it has a way of being able to feed itself. People getting hurt, killed, imprisoned for things others did and eventually so much time has passed that people can't even agree on the origins of the feud or the circumstances of the various deaths.

100%

especially in gang violence, like the street level feud we are seeing with Dolph and his killers. None of those guys seemed to be esp. prosperous.

it's not about money, it's not about territory, it's anything logical that can be really settled with money, or territory. it's like a blood lust/blood feud.

when there's a lot of money involved, and the players are economically settled, these things can often be worked out. but even in those kinds of wars of attrition, personal issues, contempt, mutual disregard can fuel a lot of those killings. It's said that the Juarez Cartel vs Sinaloa war, which is really Chapo Guzman vs Vicente Carillo Fuentes started when Guzman was irritated Fuentes wouldn't shake his hand at a peace meeting.

Where does it refute what he said :dahell:

If I work at Bank of America and kill someone, how is that on them? Or does it only apply to black companies?

Using a business to commit illegal acts is shyt like the company is scamming customers, the haulage company is moving drugs with its trucks and on

But whats' the motive? After all those years. unless there's some trail of CMG associate bodies or shootings back in 2020 or 2021, it was mostly all over. Why hit him? Just for like a final fukk you? Dolph and his guys never pressed CMG in the streets, as far as anyone knows.
Because dolph never stopped dissing him, it just wasnt always direct. And I think the year he died he had a ig post dissing gotti but he deleted it

Just a checkmate move to settle and old issue is what I take from your posts.

Dolph and his guys were never threats in the street until after, seems like.

He might loan some money to the hustlers in his city but that's about it. Gotti has been legit for a long time, on some Slim Thug independent grind. There's a lot of money in the chitin circuit even 10 20k a show is way more money then these dudes ever made in the streets. The only indie rapper more successful than Gotti is Tech9.

Gucci? :dahell:

I mean they make it seem like Dolph was just a cool ass square lol so if Dolph was getting got at while he was living with no "known" relations yet when he dies the Seal Team 6 starts taking out CMG it sounds like Dolph was someones investment and the steppers got the green light once that investment was ruined.

I could be 1000000% off

:mjlol:Exactly, but let these groupies believe their false narratives. Youngsta heard nothing but positive things concerning Dolph from Gotti, it wasn't until Black Youngsta saw how Dolph was moving in real life that he lost respect for him.

:mjlol:If Dolph had it like that, then he'd still be alive. This is nothing more than revenge of the groupies. Like I stated earlier, when Dolph was alive, getting shot at every year, no one did shyt on Dolph side. No one shot shyt, no one killed shyt. Even though Dolph was getting hit and surviving a few.

Yeah dolph was just a weed dealer, not some hard-core gang member. He didn't even portray himself that way. And Blac Youngsta is obviously an entertainer who understands marketing.
