Man, the position has evolved to the point that QBs are popping up more often. Duel threat QBs are more common now than ever. So if you are mid as a passer you will get replaced.
It’s just sometimes I think teams need to have patience cause qbs is so much of a gamble u better off just trying to get later round qbs versus going for first round dudes, for example if they don’t like Justin don’t get rid of him immediately, sign he to a short deal and try to see if u can find a gem at qb
I’d rather they do that than say let’s keep rebuilding until we find a qb with a top pick

I think Fields has this season to solidify himself on this team moving forward.

The QB class is LOADED in CFB and Fields is about to demand a bag. If he doesn't improve as a passer the Bears will draft another QB. Just my take tho
That’s what’s going go to happen if Justin doesn’t show improvement the team will move on especially if the Carolina pick is a top 7 pick out IMO I only like two QBs and that’s caleb williams and drake maye the other QBs are not generational or a blue chip talent the only one that can possibly rise is quinn ewers from Texas I think Shedeur Sanders Stays at Colorado for one more year and will enter the 2025 draft

I want to know who going to take that step and become a star on the team?
Hopefully it’s a couple of defensive players who will take that step

I don’t like the overreact to pre season football but this kinda bad

I'm not sold, same hesitancy shyt as before.

Ohio state qbs look spooky. Being in that system reinforces/creates bad habits

on my momma I was just about to post this :russ: 5 wide receivers that started for the bears last season are either currently a practice squad player or is 5th or 6th WR on the depth chart but fields was supposed to throw for 250+ yards a game Get the fukk outta here:mjlol::mjlol::dead: I swear I hate the Chicago media and the Chicago fans only bleck and Abdullah,Danny Perkins,Adam jahns and Adam hodge was the only media people that had realistic expectations last season and don’t get me started on the fans who want him to strictly be a pocket passer:mjlol:

Yeah the only one that had me like :scust: was missing Mooney wide open the dj Moore throw was kinda bad too but I still believe in my guy the bears will be a run first team relying on play action and if Luke getsy continue to run the offensive like he did week 7 to 17 Justin will be ok

Mahomes is my favorite player outside of fields but even the goat needs reliable weapons But people out here in Chicago and lowkey some people in this thread wanted fields to be a prolific passer with fukking practice squad WRS :dead: man if fields takes the next step like I think he is I am going to be unbearable on here, the barber shop and I will reactivate my Facebook page and talk shyt I might even call espn 1000 and talk shyt

Man get this shyt outta here :camby:I don’t care about this stat or the fact that the bears was 32nd in pass protection he need to sit in the pocket and make the correct reads if Patrick mahomes or joe burrow was on this team they would still find a way to execute it doesn’t matter if receivers don’t get open or if your oline is :trash: be a quarterback and execute:troll::troll::troll:
