Sounds like hate. He was laughing and being dismissive of Drake. Drake makes pop music. He also makes R&B, House, dancehall and hip hop. He can do tracks with Bad Bunny and Wizkid in their sound. Drake’s music is not mall music but he has music like hotline bling that they will play in malls. He also has 5 minute long hip hop tracks without choruses. IMO Drake ascends hip hop or any other genre. He’s in his own space like Beyoncé, Adele and Taylor Swift.
