got that primo triple mix soil plus Scotts Grass Seed - Kentucky Blue Grass

gonna top it off with 30-0-3 fertilizer

thinking about planting some hostas and boxwoods at the side of the house this year

even though I dont have a green thumbs, i love to garden

I put that fall weed and feed in every October and put some fertilizer on every April.

Wish I could grow some hostas on the side of my house but I live in a rowhome

Cutting grass is what you call it when your forced to do it like when I was growing up. But I have my own shyt now so its mowing the lawn


When you young renters are in the barbershop Saturday getting a fade Im giving my lawn a fade
Sending the junkie that lives across the street with his sister up to the store to cop me a Gatorade when its done

I used to hate doing it growing up tho. My pops is a country boy and a perfectionist. When I was done he would come out and look at the grass like he was lining up a putt

i'm in a condo right now but have beef steak tomato and pineapple plants growing on my balcony. i can't wait to get another crib with nice yard and get back into the horticulture game. i envy you cats getting busy now!

one grandpa once had a farm in northern virginia, so it's in my genes to grow stuff.

It just depends on where in the city. The real old rowhomes have those marble steps that lead right to the sidewalk with no lawns. My house was built in the 40s

What climate do you live in where you can grow pineapples?

We'll be out here this weekend too. Already have a date with my daughters to hit the nursery tomorrow to buy some citronella plants cause fukk these Texas mosquitoes.
Purple elephant ears came back with a vengeance from last year, being disresptful to the other plants in the flower bed though...

Also one of the banana trees finally sprouted some bananas! There's about 5 hands there and more coming
