I went Friday to Bronx Science to go vote. I was approached like the guy who attends the strip club while the sun is out. After there was a glitch with one of the computers, I was there for 15 minutes having to vote again. I saw maybe 4 people there to vote. There were more volunteers than voters.

Deadass the crime we are seeing is not even close to the crime waves of the 80s and 90s. Besides people aren't smart to put 2 and 2 together that there has been a work slow down in the NYPD since the George Floyd protest last year. Thats the reason why crime has gone up.

Couple of cops I know openly say they are pretty much on a strike.

I can't even count how many people I had to check at work when they say crime is up because 'police was defunded'

New stations are running stories about individual crimes 24/7 and nyc has become super politicized. If you watch a lot of tv it is reasonable to think nyc is the most violent city in America.
