Episode was alright nothing to panic over. I swear Rick And Morty fans are the worst. It's like all y'all are competing to be the first to say the show fell off. My only big issues with the last episode was getting Elon Musk and I don't want Morty to be too nihilistic.

But at the same time, he’s watched his family and other versions of himself killed so many times over. There’s only so many times one could experience that kind of trauma without it compounding into nihilism

It makes sense it's just Rick is nihilistic enough for the both of them. I prefer for Morty to be niave, hopeful.

Will there be character development if Morty is still oblivious to Rick's shenanigans and how the universe works? Too many episodes past for Morty to not have some knowledge and confidence in himself. What I like about this season is that you can tell the creators are trying different story plots from the past seasons . Because soon, itll just get so repetitive that nothing much will save the show besides shock value and slapstick humor.
