I hate to say it, but if you are a soft dude and words are not a blessing for you, you are going to have to beat her ass. No other way around it. Dudes can talk about not hitting a woman but if push come to shove, beat her ass one good time. I am not advocating it, just saying, if push comes to shove.

You don't have to treat women like trash at all, but the real deal is you will get tore up if you're quick to believe what most women got to say. If she has a history of telling the truth and hasn't been anything but honest with you, then you can ease up... but you better verify.
