I was just thinking about this the other day, I don't see anywhere near as many souped up cars as I did in the 90s or even the early 2000s.
I use to see dudes pushing a two or three thousand dollar slab with 5K rims and a 2K-3K sound system with some candy paint and a customized interior.
I still occassionally see slabs, but that culture is nothing like it was 20 years ago.
