At the end of the day nobody wants to instigate anything. If you're a country and you have a nuclear ally, you're as good as protected.

That's why we'll let North Korea do all their rocket experiments, test out crazy long range weapons (that now can hit any point in our country), etc.

North Korea knows though they throw a real one, it'll be over for them soon after that.

However, we know we'll start exchanging nukes with China right after and we don't want that either.

I dunno what "win" means in the context of the conversation. Cats are talking as if this is a football game.

As it stands right now, Ukraine is "winning" because Russia hasn't successfully taken it, a year later. Russia is currently "losing" because again, it hasn't taken Ukraine.

Everything else is semantics.

And I don't know why people keep mentioning "but NATO is helping Ukraine!"....look man, I don't care if The Avengers is helping them, a decent chunk of this site told me Ukraine would get steamrolled 11 months ago. Then when the 3-day special operation lasted weeks, it was because Russia wasn’t using their best men or equipment.
