Water's the one thing I mostly drink. Readily available, and it makes me feel good. 
I take for granted how good we have it here when it comes to our tap water when get ours from a natural spring in my city. I'm quickly reminded every time I got out of town, feels like I'm showering in johnson and johnsons baby oil scented as chlorine.

say what now?I remember you saying something about getting right for 2016. I don't know if you were joking or serious but I do have some techniques that have helped me lose serious weight. I'm talking new wardrobe lost weight. If you have the time, I can tell you all of what I did and you can apply it for yourself.
