33 years old and bigger than the average cat because I've been working out in same shape or form for a while. TBH, I don't even bother with silly ass scenarios that would lead to me being in fist fights. I can't even imagine getting into one unless someone was disrespecting one of the women in my family or posing physical harm to my wife or daughter.

Eh, this idea is overblown. This is like saying that there are some square looking players/macks in the world walking around picking up on all these women. While there are some the vast majority of people who can truly handle themselves look like they can handle themselves (or at the very least, give off that vibe). On top of that, a lot of folks who seriously train are pretty good at avoiding fights and deescalating situations so that it never gets to that point.

Honestly with the last question I think the answer is the stereotype of cats that only are online and social awkward of it. This is the only place you really get this silly stuff at. Like you said most people that can really fight ain't out here like, that Chappelle skit looking to start fights for fun. Also being real most of,the dudes only getting in fights with computer viruses on their computers so fukk they keep bringing up fighting for like they about that actin boss? Seriously I bet the majority of us haven't been in a fight in ages but dudes on this silly stuff. I work security too and you need to be in shape and have strength to move bodies. I done seen way too many out of shape clowns skinny and fat think that hands is all you need. When fools is acting up in the club how you gonna give them the Jazz treatment if you don't plan on getting in shape.
