Are you lumping Bone in with Coolio?

Only if you're trying to use commercial success as the main reason to put Bone over the 6. Bone rode Crossroads to some heavy crossover (don't ask me how ) appeal in the mid90s.

Three Six somewhat by default. I still think if it wasn't for Freestyle Fellowship helping Bone, they wouldn't be where they are at now. No hate but its hard for me to take them over Three 6 even though I have enjoyed their contributions over the years. Now I'd say with Three 6, they completely came up with their own style but it wasn't as complicated as what as when it comes to Bone.

By the late-90's on up, there should be no dispute that 3-6 was making better music than Bone.

I personally maintain that there was no time when Bone was better than 3-6...even at Bone's peak 94-95
