i can't eat Japanese ramen noodles because they're made from white flour (wheat) and i'm allergic. but i do eat Vietnamese PHO the noodles are made from rice and healthier for you anyways.
I make it at home with asian rice noodles,stock, frozen veggies, meat and put a lime at the bottom of the bowl
I co-sign everything you said, with the exception of the bland broth...I didn't know it was possible for Pho to have a bland taste!Ramen is pork or salt based broth that's pretty much ready to eat when served.. Pho is beef based broth that can be bland, but has bean sprouts, jalapeños, basil, lime, and sweet & spicy sauces that can be added to your taste.
