Em is overrated, it's been like that for more than a decade once Encore dropped. He's skilled and could rap but he's no different than Lil Wayne, they rap about nothing just stupid stuff. He's a top 100 Hip Hop artist though but that's where it stops.

Top 100 huh lol

How do you not have a WOAT banner yet.

Anything produced by Em is bound to be a dud

Renegade was cool but if you heard one Em beat you’ve heard them all. Idk who tf thought that would be a good combination.

Is this part of the gimmick, or are you high on Wet?
I personally rank Eminem at #17 all-time, but is All Things Considered.

That said, I haven’t listened to a whole album since Encore.

I didn’t even bother to listen to Loyal 2 The Game because I already knew how it would be.
So if you fell for that, you deserved it.

You might want to at lease skim through one day when you're bored. He's had some brilliant moments in the second half of his career. You will certainly not like it all, but if you can be objective, you can probably appreciate a chunk of it.

Evil Twin- just plain fire
Bad Guy - Sequel to Stan and pulled it off (this not being a single and video was a giant misstep IMO)
Deja Vu - The best songs about addiction I've ever heard (should have been a single, too)
Not Alike - clowning mumble rappers and tearing MGK apart
Alfred's Theme - fire if you don’t hate the beat. Classic comedy Em but well written and not too cheesy
On Fire - just dope, good beat
Framed - good song doomed becaus it's on Revival

I hate on Em and talk mad shyt because:

1) its the easiest way in the world to trigger/expose nikka nerds and cacs on this forum :troll:
2) He consistently underperforms on the mic and too many people dicc eat, overlooking blatant evidence of mediocrity cuz he's white.

When I started high school in 99', Em was my favorite rapper. He was humorous, talked about different shyt than the norm, rapped on solid production and he actually had skill and impeccable flow. When Patiently Waiting dropped, I remember being amazed at the verse and hopeful for his future as a rapper. That second half of Encore on (with the exception of Relapse and portions of Recovery) dude just made constant fukked up decisions musically.

All that comes to today, with his most fukked up music decision -- that dumb ass porky pig auctioneer cringey pun (to breathe between the verse) back to rambling rappipty smappity flow. Only people who dance to without me in clubs would consider this audio calamity art, especially from a man of his caliber. It's almost like when he dropped Rap God he and his legions of goofy cacs made a collective decision to be 20x more annoying about his place in hip hop.

Any black american who got "hate" for Em and naturally got understanding and love of the rap genre got valid critiques about this nikka. Musically, he's lost his way.
