I'll give Purdy some credit, he isn't a complete fukk up of a Quarterback. The problem with Purdy though, he doesn't elevate his team rather he needs a supporting crew. He isn't worth top-money even though he can QB a team to a Superbowl win. However though that brings up a unique situation... 1) The 49'ers need a Rebuild and 2) Purdy will want money because it's all about the 2nd Contract (even if it's not Top 5, he is the QB and a good chunk of cash will defer to that position).

He literally elevated JJ who been here since Jimmy and was basically a none factor on the team. He was a 7th round draft pick that got cut a few years back and really wouldnt even be on this team and possibly the League if Jalen Hurd didn’t flop. Dude went from being like the 8th option under CMC, Deebo, Kittles, BA, Juice, Mitchell and a couple others to being a bigger factor on the team. Just 3-4 years ago all that was ask of him was just to block, no he second in receiving to Kittles only by 1 catch and a few yards (Most of all WRs though) and on track for 1K yards

He also elevated BA into having his best season last year and getting paid, cuz he ain’t look the same with Jimmy and other QBs (Jimmy was more of a Deebo guy),

and finally he literally elevated Kittles to for the first time in like 2-3 years people remember he too is a top 2 TE. Matter fact in one of them Sunday Pre Shows, the Fox crew said he was the best TE in the league and better than Kelcie.

If we wanna play this game then Rodgers is a fraud and what we’ve seen from him on the Jets and previous failed years is the real Rodgers. And not that one and only year he made it to the SB

Purdy is making $1 million dollars a year and has been to an NFC Championship and Superbowl in 3 seasons while playing mostly great football. 90% of these 40-50 mil/yr qb's have not and won't ever achieve that even with talent.


I'm a Jets fan. I wish we could be fortunate enough to find a QB like Purdy and have a stable organization like the 49ers.

Nah it's not crazy. A big part of why Purdy did well was that CMC's running made Defenses hesitant. It's not just passing... but if one was to look at the Packers, the line itself is build for Josh Jacobs to run. It's allowed Love to breathe and focus... when the running game was shyt, like with the Lions in the 1st Half did to us, it made Love uncomfortable to pick up the blitz and throw properly.
