Actually, Popeye's is Louisiana cuisine and not specifically a chicken joint, like KFC or Church's.
So, I'm going to retract my statement...
... and say you eat popcorn shrimp because you like midget hoes.
Two days ago I was with my two boys on a road trip and we stop at Popeyes real quick.
I proceed to order my 2 PC white meat, spicy with a side of red beans (I fukked up there since them beans were not forgiven). And them nikkas clown me straight talking about nikkas don't order white meat.
The breast is the best part though

Popeyes 2 Piece Spicy Chicken (White Meat Breasts Only) or 5 Piece Spicy Chicken Strips is the only way I roll!

What's with y'all and beans, too spicy? Does it give you gas or the runs? I've never heard of anyone having issues with eating beans. I eat Popeyes red beans and have no issue

Breh get a breast and a thigh and you got the best of both worlds 
and you get the most amount chicken you can get on a 2 piece 
But in general I prefer dark meat. The thigh is the best part imo
