Besides the obvious need for restructuring the education system in America, we are going to need incentives for the teachers. I don't think it question of nobility if someone doesn't want to rack up student loans to work a very stressful and important job that pays little to nothing. If we can recognize the importance of education, we can recognize the importance of the educators.

The only real solution now is to take your kids out of the indoctrination system. However you do that is up to you.

Yea, I had the same problems dealing with White, Hispanic, and Asian teachers in LA. Moving back east to Baltimore in the 9th grade was a whole better experience for me, since the majority of my teachers ended up being Black.
