Mad I missed the early Asylum days, but I caught it when things were still godly. Always tell the story on how I got into TNA/put some other wrestling brehs on back in the 4th grade

long story short, I remember being seeing most former WWE folks like Jeff Hardy, Dudleys, Rhyno, etc and being introduced to some new breeds like Styles, AMW, Abyss, Samoa Joe, The Knockouts etc. Went back to school telling them what I saw like only for them to hit me with the you ain’t see no Jeff Hardy wrestle and some shyt about The Dudleys and ECW since this was post the first ONS. I’m like just look for it around Saturday night on Spike TV or something The following week or the one after, one of the brehs was like I saw what you was talking about with that TNA wrestling thing I’m like it’s cool right ? From there it was on

Wondering with the brehs if someone you haven’t seen in awhile on RAW or SmackDown predicting if and will they show up in TNA I remember when Kurt, Christian, Foley, Booker T and so on debuted Sting too(re-debut when he was coming for Double J, but it was new to me)

I still remember my first time watching TNA, I was 10 years old, Summer of 07, my dad called me and told me that there’s this wrestling company called TNA on Spike and it has Kurt Angle on it, he didn’t have to say much more than that cause Kurt Angle was that dude so I turned to Spike and saw Rhino and Abyss (I think) beating the shyt out of each other and I was hooked instantly. I saw the other wrestlers from WWE like Christian Cage and Team 3D, was introduced to WCW guys like Sting, Steiner, and Nash, and the young cats like Joe, Styles, Daniels, Storm, Roode, MCMG, Lethal, etc.

I used to love how unpopular TNA was. It wasn't a bad program but people would rather watch WWE just cause. Then they'd peep the tv while I'm watching TNA and be like " what's going on?" And I just hit em with the . The crazy thing is that was when TNA was already on the decline.

TNA between 06-09 was just as good as WWE especially if you were a Kid during this time period.The X division was packed with great talent too.

I remember them doing a Jackass storyline for the X Division either to hype up the Jackass movie or video game One episode had some of the X Division guys come out in the middle of a match pushing EY in a grocery cart into the ring post. Been trying to find footage forever
