Caught up with this show over the weekend

It's solid so far, but nothing great. Yorick is the only one who provides humor, to the mostly serious tone.

I think it is a casualty of coming after so many post-apocalyptic shows, I thought of TWD a bit. Just from the standpoint of society breaking down and humans struggling to survive. Good to know politics is still a shyt-show even without men

The comic is probably my favorite of all time so it's been a cool experience to see this made into a live action show. The show kinda started off mid but the last 2 episodes have been great in my opinion and it's starting to find it's footing slowly but surely.

It's been a while since I read it but in the books there was a faction of women that would glue hair to their faces and played the role of "men". They weren't explicitly written as trans but they were in the book. It was written agendaless and just pretty matter of fact of how things ended up. It's kinda wack how the trans thing is becoming a hot button issue for people when it comes to the show.

The comic was pretty dope, wish HBO picked this up instead, all the Vertigo classics deserve the HBO treatment.

Still waiting for the 100 bullets show

100 bullets would be nasty. 1 hour long episodes across 4 or 5 seasons.

This is cool but kind of underwhelming. Yoerick is so fukking annoying/privelaged that I find myself hate watching his scenes. I was waiting for Agent 355 to slice his ass up verbally when he started talking all that pampered bullshyt and making demands and she totally missed the mark. The chick playing Agent 355's acting chops are mediocre at best. This shyt kind of boring to tell the truth.
I demand someone do Scalped. Aint no other way for that one to be right unless it's on HBO.
