it actually was good and wasn't anything like the OG. People were taking it serious. It really was done properly this time, but a worldwide pandemic shut it down.
a 2nd tier spring football league is something people will still keep trying to do. There is money there to be made.

And it's probably only going to get worse. I can guarantee there's enough shareholders unhappy about this for them to make it an issue.

. Its the same reason I dont think they were dumb for not buying the UFC in the mid 2000s. It wouldnt become what it became if run by Vince, the legitimacy would always be in question. Even if fighters are getting fukked up in the fights, people are going to be think they're taking dives, etc.

In this era it's easier to differentiate this difference, everybody knows wrestling is entertainment and MMA wouldn't be and it would be sanctioned and ran as a sport, with independent commission. It would be easy sell if made clear, and you see the fights being real. It's a small issue at start but 1 that could be quickly overcome with strong clear rhetoric and then genuine action played out. At the end of the day he's a buisnessman, MMA is just another sport like XFL is, if XFL isn't fixed no need the MMA should be.
