Yeah, I just chalked that up to translations issues maybe because her talking about she loves him came out of left field. And was completely out of character. Granted, I'm still only on Chapter 7 but unless she expounds on why she said it later in the game....it didn't really make much sense. Unless in Japanese it was specifically a platonic love....I don't know.

There were hints towards it (quite a bit imo) but they were mostly within the heart to hearts. Anything within the regular story was pretty subtle. I think the issue with the localization was that they weren't 100% on what relied on what. There are some blade sidequests that pretty much lay it all out - I think the main story just depends on that way too much.

I think it was 6. It was called wounds or something like that. I get the feeling that at some point this game is gonna force me to make a very obvious choice I don't want to have to make about the Ageis.

Like I was saying earlier, he survived my earlier chain attack that was 6,745,125 (I screenshotted it) and killed me instantly after. This time I got him for 9,968,381
Was so close to maxing out the damage count. It makes out at all 9's
I've gone up 5 levels in one day (I'm at 85, 85, & 86). That's the type of experience you get for hitting this huge chain attacks and overkilling on these unique monsters. Tens of thousands of exp for going all out

1) You should already have enough through a core crystal the game straight up hands to you + dromarch
2) You don't 'need' it either.

Steel of Judgment?
You can up Dromarch's Ancient Wisdom to level 2 by Salvaging a little (5 items? I think). Also, use Aegeon's core crystal. He has ancient wisdom as well. Just need to open up his affinity for it to unlock

Chapter 7-10 don't pace the same way as the rest of the game. And I don't recommend rushing anything in this game tbh

There is 4 more Chapters after where you currently are....I just hit Chapter 8 and the game completely changes from 7-8. They introduce a lot of new stuff.

If I had to guess I'd say 15-20 more hours. In those two Chapters the game introduces 3 new areas though, so it's hard to say.

That is I got my squad all at level 49.

Should I knocking out some side quests before starting chapter 7?

Its not that hard. It like the bosses from Chapters 3 and 4, just make players accountable for their party setups. If you played like a jackass and don't understand the combat system to this point, you will get slapped the fukk up sometimes even if you're overleveled too. But most of the gripes I've seen about the game's difficulty come from people that suck and don't pay attention.

Its like when people were complaining about FF13's battle system being auto-battle and too easy - yet they were getting demolished in chapter 13 or in the few actually challenged boss battles the game offered. This game is not hard. Its punishing, but not at all hard.
