2. Where the fukk can I find confusion ivy?

3. Should I go back to the first continent and do side missions?

4. Should I be using these crystals to find new blades? I used a few and they're trash lol

5. Help dammit

I have a rare and Common Core Crystal should I bond with them?
Go for it. Just try and keep the balance between Nia and Rex for a few chapters. Whatever you do, don't bond all your crystals to just one character. Spread it out when you can.

Yeah, I drug all kinds of ass before going to the next continent lol. Knock out those side missions now that you got a full party and can spread your wings a bit. There's a few low level unique monsters that are pretty easy to drop (I can think of the tigers in the first open area you cross, a wolf I think too....)

If you're getting smacked up, take it slow, isolate an enemy and work your way up.

Also, BUILD UP TORA. He's damned good, but you gotta invest a bit of time into the stuff you gotta do for his blade since they're built differently that every once else. He needs to be drawing aggro constantly and building up the hp to take hits / block them at the same time.

Hello teach me how to level up faster and how to fukk and what the fukk do I use the pouch for

The fastest way to gain EXP is either do quests or kill higher level monsters with Chain Attacks. I'm not sure what level you are, what Blades you got, etc. so I'm not sure how feasible it is to rely on Chain Attacks to boost your EXP gain. Once you master Chain Attacks, elemental bursts, etc. you can get 1000 EXP from regular enemies and 3000+ EXP from Unique monsters. I went from 32 to 50 in basically a day.

You can put items (food, board games, art, books, etc.) in your pouch to give you a boost during combat. You gotta read what the item does though. Also a lot of Blades have favorite items (for example, Pyra's is Jenerossi Tea) and if you use them it raises their skill levels.

1. See above.

2. You find Confusion Ivy in Gormott. Check every Collection Point near trees.

3. Yes, do every side quest you find. It's basically free EXP.

4. Use every Core Crystal you find....they're mostly going to be trash. You'll get Rare Blades but it's basically just luck.

Around Chapter 3 or 4 you get a mercenary company and you can send random Blades on missions for treasure, EXP, etc. That's another way to gain EXP.

Also don't forget to sleep in Inns. You can level up off killing monsters but you get EXP from quests and it adds up and can be "spent" at Inns when you rest. I went from 46-49 just off resting in Inns.

new blades, and leveling them play a part in how you're gonna progress and make better new blades going forward

notice the trust/compassion/justice stuff in the blade menu? each stat corresponds to the element of the blade you're about to make (not the colors on each icon) and the level of that attribute goes towards the potential power of whatever blade you summon of that type

(i didn't put this together until recently)

when a blade's affinity goes up or when you level up any of the bubbles on their chart, the character that they're bonded to will get an increase to the trust/justice/etc stat. you'll sometimes even notice the level up as well. also, when that affinity goes up as a whole, you'll notice 'trust' go up as well which means you'll be able to switch blades a bit faster in battle (which means nothing now but later on it'll be a big deal)

these are all the same questions everyone had starting the game though @666 ReVeNGe 666 :mjlol: don't even trip

I can't lie. Felt a little frustrated earlier :mjcry:

There is so much to grasp.

I have to find the ship builder for my next mission but I think Imma take out some unique beasts and level up.

I like how some monsters just ignore me though.

Some of this scenery is crazy :damn:

I was exploring the field outside of Torigoth and :whoo:

So many little hidden areas etc.... it's crazy.

That compass must be fixed though :demonic:

Finally did a 1mil+ damage combo on a unique monster. He was almost 20 levels below me though

I'm in Tantal right now, have we talked about how this OST is godlike? Tantal day theme is beautiful and then you hear the night theme and it's like :mindblown:

Game is massive and never stops doling out new gameplay mechanics and features way into the game too.

Just to give perspective on the size I beat the game at like 65 hours barely doing side quests. I'm going through them now and I'll prolly take more time to finish all this shyt than it took me to do the main story.

Didn't make IGNs top 10 soundtracks of 2017 either when it's clearly the best to me. Only thing close gotta be Mario and that's mainly off one theme.

I only played 20 hours of Persona 5 and haven't played Nier so they may have good ones. But this games soundtrack is better than good, it may be classic.

the writing legit got me laughing at loud at some points, maybe its because of the UK voice actors or something but its just hilarious sometimes low key

"just do what i ask. you don't want to do something that'll get you hurt :mjpls: you're pretty young after all"
"you're a kid too :dahell: we're almost the same age"
"AYE foh :pacspit: i work for a living"

:dead::dead::dead:

My fave piece of dialogue so far is when Rex tried to get his crew on the ship for free even though he was the only salvager. Dude made Rex feel so stupid on that :therethere: it's ok, at least you tried, buddy.

I'm assuming she has to be in your party because that didn't happen for me. So the Blade side quests are probably tied into specific scenes. Gonna make it impossible to do them all.

Fred.

Yeah, that's the case. I don't see any other blade doing what she did in that moment.

I was playing for quite a bit earlier. I had to pause for a bit and just explore the depth of this place. didn't seem as big as Uraya at first, but... It looks like it is. I was trying to read some text on a barrel, but Poppi's noppon wisdom or whatever it's called is one level short. So I explored the bunker beside it. :mjlol: down there was some ridiculous shyt. Beasts popping out of nowhere huge spiders, and some unique reptile looking beast attacking me on the other side of a wall. LOL I had to run because I couldn't hit him. Ended up escaping the bunker on the other exit only to walk out and see a bunch of lvl 80s. like one of those escape movies with an ending where the good guys still end up losing in the end.

Edit: I was also fighting some driver on the high level area where the pipes were, and the game made started making some weird ass sound. I then notice his blade was gone, and he stopped moving. I'm assuming his blade fell off the ledge and he just gave up. So I knocked him off the ledge and the noise stopped. shyt was mad spooky.
