Game is absolute crack and anybody without a Switch gotta hold that L.
I'm still on Chapter 4, just hit 30. Been doing side quests....some of these side quests are long as fukk. Doing the one where the guy asks you to sneak him some chocolate because his Blade don't like him eating sweets....then after that he's like "yeah, there's two pieces of armor I buried a long ass time ago, can you go dig it up for me?"

Anyway, I been running all over Uraya, just fought a unique monster that had it's own Blade.
It was one of them plant monsters, but way bigger. He was fukking me up until I dropped a 70,000 damage Chain Attack on his forehead.

almost no audio options from this decade, docked or undocked
controller is so ass they can make a killing charging 80 bucks for an average at best 'pro' controller

I love this shyt. The systems are so complex I just love how the combat works. I been experimenting with different archetypes and elements to see what combos well and what kind've seals I can get. Im starting to get a hang of who I should have on deck for what. I need to step up my Blade collection. I have a few rares, but I want all gangsta ones lol.
There's just so much to do and manage, it's a JRPG fans dream. I spent a few hours just side questing earlier, and they were surprisingly lengthy and involved. I just love these characters and I am super intrigued by the world and plot right now it's hard not to push forward.
I've also been having fun on the arcade machine to level Poppi and manufacture new parts, it's a lot of fun.
Really the only time I get frustrated is when a quest marker is like 30 m from me and I just for the life of me can't figure out how to get there with the map and the landscape. There are a lot of small and/or nearly hidden, or at least non obvious routes to huge sections of each area. Which is fine, with exploration and memorization it's fine, but really thats the only time I've been a little irritated. Hunting a specific monster and the game says there's one up on that cliff and I spend 45 minutes figuring out how to get up there lol.

But man, I just can't not be loyal to em.
Nintendo just always got a special place in my heart. But I really do genuinely love the switch A LOT. The way you feel about the Switch is the way I lowkey felt about the Wii U at times. Also I got my ass whooped something bad by the (I assume) boss of Uraya. Got a little spooky when I noticed we been fighting dude for like 8 to10 mins and his health wasn't going anywhere.
Gonna have to regroup and do some leveling up. Also I know I said I wasn't gonna open anymore crystals until the next chapter, but the L had me blank minded and just opening up every single one I had. 
Got a nice bit of rare blades doing so tho. 
@ this Newt blade. 
Also how do I give some rare blades that Rex unlocked over to Nia? I swear Rex fukking stole the rare blade Nia unlocked and I don't know how it happened.

Quick question, is there a way to heal in battle?

you heal through potions that fly out of the enemy during battle. Some of your attacks can bring those potions out guaranteed. Anchor shot is one of Rex's healing moves, but gotta be careful because he does this lag shyt when you do it where he swings his blade and then it takes a little bit to move and run for that potion. That gives the enemy time to attack you.
there's also a lot of other abilities and items that supplant that as you go on too
there's real creative ways to go about it, but early on rex's heal potion ability is pretty much all you got

Opened up like 10 rare crystals so far and only got one rare blade from them 
Meanwhile, both rare blades I've got for Nia so far I opened with Common Crystals
Early in the game, you'll have to use anchor shot but you get a healer in your party pretty early on. She should take care of that for you. There's also a lot to blades with healing arts you'll get throughout the game

Oh shyt. To change drivers apparently you need some overdrive tool. I think I remember accidentally using one and didn't know what it was for. 
Now I'm reading they're very rare, and I don't think you can salvage in Uraya because it's on the inside and there's no clouds.
